    I eat natto on my eggs in the morning - not too bad really - I also use natto powder and take a tsp of it every night - you can put the natto powder in homemade yogurt - kind of an odd taste but it masks pretty easily -

    I tried to ferment some black beans once with natto - the stench was unholy - tossed the whole thing - my new chicks would probably love it:) My Japanese neighbor said in Japan, they ferment it outside... and for a very good reason:)
