You can not ground with 5G around you.

Well generally true.......but I found a way around that too at the Farm.

    I second that Anya!

I've been sleeping on a grounded (to ground rod) mattress pad for a week now and have slept like a baby. Knocked my body voltage down by 98% BUT just yesterday saw a 5G antenna being installed (on someone's house ) less than 1/4 mile from our house. Ours is one of the "progressive" cities that has sold out to Verizon for the title of first city to offer mindblowing speeds for data and disease.

Please explain how grounding isn't possible with 5G? TIA

So do you see mini cell towers everywhere, or what does it look like?

Yep! Due to their smallish size they can probably hide them just about anywhere but the ones I've seen are typically the size of a small carry-on bag. Most are installed on telephone or street light poles. The s@!% is real!...and just as our light cycle is falling. Wonderful.
    Cheers!

5G or not if your in a major city there is most certainly ground current coming off neutral wires into the ground. I would be wary of sleeping on anything plugged into an outlet or the ground in a major city untill i run an occiliscope to test for stray current and dirty electricity. Your not going to feel the efeect of this stuff physically unless your EHS. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdfKpl638fRo3WRm_BHhHaQ

I wouldn't dare try grounding in a major city or town. Stray voltage from ground currents are likely to zap you in the long run.

I have no experience using grounding stuff, but I have heard that some people feel great when they start grounding, only to feel a lot worse in a few weeks or month or so.

    Exercise extreme caution here.

I'm unfortunately in one of the "forward looking" cities, Sacra-tomato and I'll post any updates that I hear. The closest antenna to me is less than 1/4 mi.
I've worked with a local building biologist before for EMF mitigation here at our house and he's now able to measure 5G spectrum and power density with prof equipment:

    https://saftehnika.com/en/spectrumanalyzer

He'll be taking readings on sidewalks near the antennas and maybe in some of the second story bedrooms that are only 30 ft away. Early readings from 220 ft away line of sight show a consistent beacon or standby signal at 28 GHz, 24 hrs/day, with low power (0.024 micro watts/sq m. I've heard Verizon will also use 39 GHz to transmit. Once he gets an attenuator he'll measure direct beam radiation closer to the antenna. Some testing with Signal Protect RF window film showed it blocks 1-14 dB (90-95%).

I'll update with any new info.

    Take care y'all!

Good call! I'll do a little more testing and report back.

Interesting. I assume your early readings are from '5G' small cell antennas (on power poles, etc). That standby signal power density your equipment is picking up at 0.024 micro watts/sq m. is extremely low, in fact, far below Building Biology (BauBiologie) standards for sleeping areas using the Precautionary Principle. You didn't mention V/m measurements which are just as important metrics if not more important than microwatts/sq m.

    Please keep us updated.

Glad to see another shungite user here.
Have you been consistently using it & how've your results been?
    Its been helpful for me.
Look up shungite radio show & Nancy Hopkins on youtube for its deeper uses.
Remote Viewer, enerologist, 4 decades long electronic military warfare specialist & mineralogist runs a US shungite company for several years now.
Worth looking into for others' experiences, its many uses/types, they even have a fb group full of productive application

I seem to be going to Sacramento once or twice a month for work.
Any updates lately & is there a site that shows Sacto areas more prone to 5G hits than not?
Thanks in advance & hope you are doing well
