5% of population do poorly on ketogenic diet

    Been hearing how there is 5% of the population that do poorly on keto diets reflected in their blood work.
    Wish I had more detail but I just got my 23andme was wondering if you knew which markers to look out for Jack?
    I think Kevin Rose is one of the people that is in that 5%

    For that 5%
    it would be nice to know:
    1. proper latitude for their mothers haplogroup
    2.latitude of their residences
    3.their living style, promoting or not proper Circadian rhythm

    @Jack Kruse is throwing in another variable into the mix
    exposure to moonlight (and likely starlight)

    cant wait for more on that

    Moonlight and starlight are beautiful things
    I have seen them in their natural force about 70 years ago,
    and much less often
    when boating more than 50 miles out of NYC, but that was so infrequent.
