5.3 Ph of San Pelligrino

Discussion in 'Biohacking 101' started by Simon Wright, Sep 23, 2018.

  1. It is noted that the pH of San Pell is rather acidic

By adding lemon / lime juice.....although this is acidic but with it being anionic would this increase the ph value of the water?.ie make it more alkaline...or is would this be minimal?

Is there anyway that this can be tested?

    thx

Why the concern? Water full of carbon dioxide is going to be acidic = carbonic acid.

carbon dioxide can help with releasing oxygen bound to red blood cells.

pH of fluids for humans is immaterial as long as the kidneys are functioning. People with kidney disease it might matter.
