I have been a patient at Dr Wright's Tahoma Clinic for several years where hormone profiles are monitored using urinary metabolites and occasional blood tests.

Obviously (I'm ass-u-me-ing here!)HS-CRP and cholesterols can't be monitored via urinary metabolites, but for those parameters that can, and Circadian limitations aside, how effective are urinary tests like these for providing context?

    Thanks

I dont think they are as reliable as others........that is why I am very resistant to use them as first line labs for a work up. they are useful in spots in my view.
