Perhaps the quilt reveals the answer? Radiation hormesis? I know recent cancer therapy using boron and x-rays.

The boron tends to go directly to cancer cells. A patient receives an injection of boron that deposits only in the cancer cells.

The patient's body is then bombarded with neutrons that pass through without harming health cells. They then collide with boron atoms. This causes boron to be converted into lithium atoms, alpha particles, and gamma rays. An alpha particle is a helium atom without electrons. Gamma radiation is very high-energy radiation that can kill cells.

The lithium atoms and alpha particles travel only a short distance. They do not leave the cancer cell but have enough energy to kill the cell. Since they do not leave the cell, they pose no threat to healthy cells nearby.

thanks:) Frankly, I'm just taking boron - 3 mg - actually, I can barely remember to take the k2... :) Is there a diff between boron and borax?
I know, you're implanting magnets with iron, boron and neodymium magnets... this looked cool actually:)

An example of one of the more popular modifications is the implanting of a rare-earth magnet under the skin of one or more fingers. A neodymium magnet is often used; made from an alloy of neodymium, iron and boron, it is a lot stronger than a typical ferrous magnet like one you would find on a fridge. The implant vibrates when it comes into contact with an electromagnetic field, stimulating nerves in the fingertips, allowing the recipient to sense live wires and spinning hard-drives, or to pick up small magnetic objects with their fingers. Some people who have had the procedure done describe how they can build up pictures of different electromagnetic fields from the nature and intensity of the vibrations, like a sixth sense.

Yes - Borox is Na 2 B 4 O 7 which is sodium borate. That's used in used in the manufacture of borosilicate glass, glass fiber insulation, and textile glass fiber

Hakala Labs sells Boron tied to potassium ion.

Muscle pain is always linked to light.

HOW ARE PD AND FIBROMYALGIA THE SAME BUT DIFFERENT? Both come from a lack of light at a particular surface. = PD = lack of dopamine in the RPE........this is why Parkinson people loss muscle mass and it even causes their special non expressionless faces...........PD is usually related to a lack of full spectrum sunlight getting to the eye to build dopamine and melatonin locally in the retina.
If the eye doesn't get the stimulus of UV/IR light neither does the frontal lobes nor the brainstem = substantial nigra = PD.
What happens if you live your life 99% indoors and always around fake light always covered up with clothes or fake light? Fibromyalgia = skin surface defect = this implies PD and FM are somehow linked in quantum fashion doesn't it? HOW? Where does skin and brain come from in a zygote? NEUROECTODERM.................BOOM
DETAILS: When water in your cell can not carry the right amount of energy life can not grow. Think if a plant. If it has little water and lots of sun will it grow and live well? No. Realize water and the level of potassium (K+) in a cell are linked. Energy is tied to K+ ion concentrations and this is connected to ATP levels at cytochrome 5, the ATPase. K+ also links to water molecules and in turn to ATP molecules stochastically. For every 0.3 mEq below 3.8 mEq that potassium is on a standard blood lab draw, means there is 100 mEq deficit of potassium INSIDE a cell. This deficit cause a mitochondria to consume more calcium and it swells. This slows ECT because it increases the distance of the respiratory proteins. The atomic size change altered the local geometry below your skin where your muscles are. This is where muscle pain and FM come from. This is linked to the redox potential in a cell (amount of UV light confined) because it is linked to the electrostatic attraction in a cell. This is huge for potassium, because its K+ ion has the unique ability in “gluing of water”. Gluing = EZ of Pollack or the AI hypothesis of Ling.

Potassium ions are able to glue water because the ion's atomic radius allows it to polarize in sunlight. Sunlight is unpolarized..............K+ ions is the initial polarizer of sunlight inside cells. When somebody is in an environment that causes the dielectric constant of water to lower from 78 for any reason (LOTS IN MODERN WORLD), the polarization of the ion becomes smaller than cell water. This cause a huge electric problem in the cell because polarization energy of K+ is subtracted from Coulomb energy. Normally K+ is more polarizable than water, so polarization is added to the Coulomb energy in a cell. When fluoride or bromide, from toothpaste or grains for example, are added to a cell dielectric collapse occurs. This is precisely how the dielectric constant in water is destroyed.

In the normal state of affairs in wellness in the sun, this allows potassium to function as the optimal "photo-electrical adapter" to transfer energy throughout the cell coherently. It is also massively important in patients with dielectric collapse because intracellular dehydration from non native EMF completely ruins this relationship and this is why they find it so hard to get better fast. ATP is designed to unfold proteins fully to open their carbonyl and imino side chain groups on all amino acids to intracellular water. This action allows binding and polarization to separate water into subatomic particles that are positively and negatively charged. This action is called building or expanding the exclusion zone (EZ) of water. Dr. Gerald Pollack's experiments showed these effects. Dr. Gilbert Ling proved by experiment that each molecule of ATP in a cell controls 8,800 water molecule binding sites and 20 potassium ions to allow water to become structured inside every cell of your body.

The first step in photosynthesis and in mitochondrial oxidation/phosphorylation of electrons is to charge separate water...........now you know the why K+ and sunlight help muscle pain and fatigue reverse. UV and IR light build dopamine and melatonin which stimulate muscle growth and entrain properly function by maintaining the respiratory proteins in muscle mitochondria. Light is the most powerful drug we have.............especially for muscles. Get some light everyday for muscle, skin and brain health.

Change is not an easy process.......it is messy. Anderson Cooper would recoil from this info. Why? His lifestyle depends upon it.

It is very difficult for humans to comprehend something which their compensation instructs them not to comprehend..........the addiction to blue light and technology is the real problem for modern human cognitive dissonance.

Realize that the number of genes an organism can have is linked to the amount of energy it can capture. This means the gene expression is also directly correlated by probabilities to how it is expressed. This is a function of the energy flow and not the anatomy of the genome itself........Energy in life all comes from sunlight. It is stored in every cell membrane. Get some sun today to give your genome the day off to rest once in a while. You life will smile if you do.

How is Mg and K+ linked in a cell? LIGHT

did you know when Mg2+ burns it releases massive amounts of light and heat? Light that is not thermalized can be stored by a cell photoelectrically in DHA in cell membranes to regenerate= Time 9.

So you still think you need to supplement with Mg2+? Let me show a paper...........discuss. http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00217-010-1317-4
Cultures of Saccharomyces cerevisiae were treated with PEF to improve accumulation of magnesium in the biomass. Why would electromagnetic radiation make a cell accumulate Mg? This is contrary to what the "Mg men" tell you isn't it? Might there be a quantum reason here? What did they find? Under optimized conditions, that is, on 15-min exposure of the 20-h grown culture to PEF of the 2,000 V and 20-μs pulse width, accumulation of magnesium in the yeast biomass reached maximum 3.98 mg/g dm. It constituted 40% of the total magnesium in the medium. That accumulation significantly correlated against magnesium concentration in the medium. Neither multiple exposure of the cultures to PEF nor intermittent supplementation of the cultures with magnesium increased the magnesium accumulation. The intermittent supplementation of the cultures with magnesium could even reduce the accumulation efficiency by 30%.

So how did it happen? March and 2016 April 2016 webinar alert and I open that door tonight on the open Q & A lesson................are you going to hear it because it might the only time you do hear me say it.

When magnesium burns, it is actually reacting with oxygen in the air and not with fire. Fire is what we call the heat and light produced when things burn. Magnesium reacts with oxygen to make a compound called magnesium oxide. The bright light results because this reaction produces a lot of heat. Did you know that..............now.......what does it mean when you live in a blue lit microwaved world?

Magnesium is present in seawater in amounts of about 1300 ppm. After sodium, it is the most commonly found cation in oceans. Rivers contains approximately 4 ppm of magnesium, marine algae 6000-20,000 ppm, and oysters 1200 ppm.
Just drinking water contains between 1 and 5 mg of magnesium per liter.
Magnesium and other alkali earth metals are responsible for water hardness. Water containing large amounts of alkali earth ions is called hard water, and water containing low amounts of these ions is called soft water.

In what way and in what form does magnesium react with water?

Magnesium metals are not affected by water at room temperature. Magnesium generally is a slow-reacting element, but reactivity increases with oxygen levels. Furthermore, magnesium reacts with water vapor to magnesium hydroxide and hydrogen gas:

    Mg (s) + 2H2O(g) -> Mg(OH)2(aq) + H2(g)

Magnesium fires cannot be extinguished by water! Magnesium continues to burn even after oxygen is depleted.

Now why do 56 biochemical processes use Mg to generate energy in a cell? Anyone?

Now look at a periodic table............what do you notice?

Magnesium is a chemical element with symbol Mg and atomic number 12. (Dec 2016 webinar alert) It is a shiny gray solid which bears a close physical resemblance to the other five elements in the second column (Group 2, or alkaline earth metals) of the periodic table: they each have the same electron configuration in their outer electron shell producing a similar crystal structure.

Magnesium is the ninth most abundant element in the universe. WOW that is a fact huh? Important or a waste of time? It is synthesized in large, aging stars from the sequential addition of three helium nuclei to a carbon nucleus. When such a star explodes as a supernova, much of its magnesium is expelled into the interstellar medium, where it can be recycled into new star systems. Consequently, magnesium is the eighth most abundant element in the Earth's crust and the fourth most common element in the Earth (below iron, oxygen and silicon), making up 13% of the planet's mass and a large fraction of the planet's mantle. It is the third most abundant element dissolved in seawater, after sodium and chlorine. Funny........oysters and CSF use those too.........hum?

Magnesium only occurs naturally in combination with other elements, where it invariably has a +2 oxidation state. The free element (metal) can be produced artificially, and is highly reactive (though once produced, it is coated in a thin layer of oxide, which partly inhibits this reactivity). The free metal burns with a characteristic brilliant-white light, making it a useful ingredient in flares. The metal is obtained by "electrolysis of magnesium salts obtained from brine". Brine is salt water huh?

Magnesium is the eleventh most abundant element by mass in the human body. WOW.......that is interesting fact huh? Important or not? Its ions are essential to all cells in most animals including humans. The enzymes that need it are usually mitochondrial based? HUH? They interact with polyphosphate compounds such as ATP, DNA, and RNA which all use proton tunneling with protons. Protons = H+ = the element found in the matrix.........interesting huh? Hundreds of enzymes require magnesium ions to function. Magnesium compounds are used medicinally as common laxatives, antacids (e.g., milk of magnesia), and to stabilize abnormal nerve excitation or blood vessel spasm such as in eclampsia. Magnesium ions are sour to the taste, and in low concentrations they help impart a natural tartness to fresh mineral waters. Magnesium is the metallic ion at the center of chlorophyll surrounded by 4 Nitrogens to interact with sunlight to drive photosynthesis and forms the exciton of chlorophyl.......hey doesn't photosynthesis form the basis of the entire food web? Interesting huh? Mg2+ is a common additive to fertilizers so plants need it for Rubisco......................Does Rubisco have a Mg ion in the center surrounded by 4 Nitrogens = photosynthesis = the basis of the entire food web?

anyone still think pills are a good way to go..........? ANYONE.

If you mention it to me I just ignore you now.

    Why?

Cause you aint getting that things we need are made from light we capture. Light turns into matter and becomes mass in photosynthesis doesn't it?

How is wood made? Light turns CO2 to wood and release O2 to us.

It's unfortunate that not everyone is going to make it. I use my energy now, to focus on my own health to get well and to actually be the change we need. I have to be the example and that requires being what others may consider to be "selfish." But by no means is. People have to learn to help themselves, like I have and many others here are doing now. Like Jack says, one of the best things you can do for another, is to not help them. Many have very low dopamine and one of the best things you can do, is to suggest they get out in the sun and plant their feet in the grass, to help raise that dopamine. If that happens and the student is ready, the teacher will appear.

Now back to Mg2+........when it burns and releases this light does this light have a specific frequency? Anyone ?

All chemicals vibrate, don't they? Even ones not in a chemical bond dance called ions. Ions like Mg2+ and K+ have an inherent quantum motion tied to brownian motion don't they? Why is my eye looking at you..............? If you are not getting it you need more light in your eye to build dopamine and melatonin locally in your retain and brain to build a better thinking brain.

If you understand factorial math, that means within our one octave, our retinal cells are capable of controlling many biochemicals substrates including free atomic ions. Factorial math is taking the starting number and multiplying it by the next lower number to give a new number. when you get to one this is who many probabilities that something occurs. So 4 x 3 x 2 x 1 = 24 possibilities. Our one octave in light spectrum is called, the visible range. Within that one spectrum we have 8,683,317,618,811,886,495,518,194,401,280,000,000 different frequencies of light. Do that factorial math on that number.

Implications? Each frequency of light can control one chemical or ion. How many elements are there that life uses? Why did it limit its use? Because in our solar spectrum those frequencies match those atoms to give us LONG range control of them using light. ONE PHOTON CAN CONTROL 3000 ATOMS as far we know today. Is there even a more impressive show of strength in your eye?

A single photon of light is known excite rhodopsin. Rhodopsin then passes this excitation to at least 500 molecules of tranducin all in one millisecond..........stop and think about that. It is achieved only one way = photoelectrically. Why? The PE happens instantaneously. All transdicin molecules are bound to membranes. Why? This is where DHA is supposed to be? Is it always there today?
The membrane then amplifies the light signal more using pi electron clouds of DHA...........getting the power and time scale. It happens instantaneously...........

Implications: Time 9 Local equilibrium is controlled by the local geometry changes on respiratory proteins on mitochondria near this action, therefor equilibrium can be kept non linear and achieved for many biochemical reactions at one time. What have I taught you about equilibrium........? We only reach it in death. Life is lived far from equilibrium and light is what maintain that thermodynamic ledge with the help of it friends water and magnetism.

It is well known that when chemical bonds are excited, they will vibrate at characteristic frequencies. Any two or more bonds which have the same intrinsic frequency of vibration can resonate with another. This idea is how a tuning fork that is vibrating can make another non vibrating tuning fork vibrate through the air to resonate.

What most doctors and few researchers seem to know is that the energy of vibration can be transferred infinite distances theoretically, if the energy within the chemicals or tuning forks is radiated at the speed of light! Anyone seeing something yet?

How does physics explain K+ ions and light and water connection? remember my old friend Maxwell and Einstein from past blog series?

Brownian motion = statistical motions of atoms Einstein realized this the demon Maxwell was talking about in 1867. It took 38 yrs for someone to make sense of it. Do you know, of Einstein's 4 miracle papers of 1905 that the one on Brownian motion is the one most cited? Yet he won nothing for it. Maxwell was the first to show that the second law of thermodynamics had to be statistical. Einstein showed Brownian motion was the observation of the statistical event predicted by Maxwell. In the 1950's science really upped this game when transistors and semiconductors were found. Why? any trap door that opens in one direction only and requires a specific amount of energy to open it is essentially a Maxwell Demon. This gave birth to solid state devices we use today. Rectifiers let current pass in one direction and not in reverse, thereby converting AC currents to DC ones. In the 1960's Becker showed bone had a rectifying current built by light in periosteum. The implication is that these semiconducting gates can randomly convert a fluctuating current of electrons in a membrane into a DC current that can be used to physiologic work. The electrical potential of the cell membranes stores energy of light in the electrons it captures photoelectrically. Captures light excites the electron and it becomes a particle only and loses its wave ability. This idea leads us to one conclusion: the electrical potential difference between two sides of a membrane can be harnessed and used to perform cellular work when ever it is needed. Why can energy be harvested in life anytime it wants it? The photoelectric effect is instantaneous, therefore time is no longer an issue. The speed of light in a tissue is the rate limiting factor for a cell. What else is key in this understanding? You begin to see why all eukaryotic membranes are loaded with DHA. They contain pi electron clouds that are waiting to be excited by incident light from the sun to store this energy for the cells use later on. This explains why DHA has never been replaced one time in 600 million years of eukaryotic evolution, even though evolution is about change over time. Why is it a constant? It is the only lipid capable of turning sunlight into a DC electric current and a DC electric current back to light. What does it release its stored energy to in a cell? Water. What is its connector to water? Potassium ions which act like a glue to water molecules. K+ is s special when it is married to water and light from the sun hits it. Do you know how Mg2+ and K+ really relate? If not........you better become a Platinum Gold and Silver member of my site soon because they cat is in that box...........IS IT DEAD OR ALIVE?

The answer depends do you have skin or out of the game.

Want more about Magnesium from my new biohacking book? People who sweat a lot tend to be very Magnesium deficient. When you sweat what does it imply? You need to cool your surface to absorb more sunlight. That is what it means. Sweating is human inborn CT. Metabolism of carbohydrates and fats requires numerous magnesium-dependent chemical reactions, 56 to be exact. In 2002, Physiologist Henry Lukaski of the Department of Agriculture’s Human Nutrition Research Center in North Dakota (USA), established that during moderate activity, individuals with low magnesium levels use more energy not less energy—and therefore tire more quickly—than those have adequate levels. Simultaneously mitochondria are transporting Ca2+ into the mitochondria when this occurs. Why? This effect is even steeper under blue light because it raises ROS by lowering DHA in the eye and skin, gut, and lung. why do I mention the lung here? My clinical test is to have someone run up the stairs indoors and see if they can do it without increasing their heart rate by 25% above the baseline and see if they break a sweat. Most diabetics report increased sweating as a symptom that few doctors pick up on. Often it goes hand and hand with low CO2 testing on a Chemistry panel too. Co2 is how we get rid of protons. Protons Na, Ca, Mg, and K+ are all quantized by light for a deep reason. Bio hack it.

    What depletes Magnesium?

    -Blue light

    - sugar
