I gave one of my students the advice to do the Leptin reset and then to branch out into other fields. Makes understanding a little easier.

I misunderstood your comment... they are for all... just a way to avoid sitting on screen to read them in a more collated form. So many ways to go about it... chronologic and cherry picking... depends on how you learn and absorb it all. best foundation are a few of jacks podcasts which are on web before starting to read to get a foundation and some basics in IMHO.

 

Each blog is unique and builds more understanding for the next blog. It is possible to pick up starting anywhere but all the questions you have will likely have been in the blogs that were not read. I haven't gotten through most of the blogs and I don't understand a lot of what is discussed here. But some people are smarter and can probably understand quicker without going through all the blogs.

 

You're welcome. Physics for dummies is very good. You will excel here indeed!!!! I simply can't get through most of the material it's to hard for me. I grasp what I can and go elsewhere for additional support and ideas to optimize my body, mind and soul. I have dug myself out of a serious hole doing it this way so it has been a sucess for me. Lot's of great people out there all doing good work in their own way. Not all of them agree on what's right and many completely contradict one another... just pick, experiment and choose what works for you. We are all the same on many levels and can apply some things broadly and on other levels what we each need is so unique that no one else in the world would need to do it the exact same way. It is so fascinating how much we are all the same and yet so unique... all at the same time.

 

choose what feels right... I started at beginning and I personally am glad.. .but I am still trying to stay slightly current with some of the material. Jack's opus is quite beautifully packaged, and knowing the current state of affairs unlocks many hidden gems in past work. Bad news is as you make more connections you will want to go back and do it again... I already want to.

I just finished compiling the 2015 into word format to get velo bound for my reading enjoyment. I will post in separate post shortly.

Josh no need to spend time putting blogs into word. If you go back to page 1 of this thread I updated the first post with a link to a guy named Rick he did the most amazing job putting all blogs from 2011 - 2016 into a zipped folder containing PDF's for each blog. The link below takes you to the thread he started and if you look at his signature he has the link to the most up to date version.

When I updated this post with this new awesome zip PDF's from Rick it didn't show up in the new posts. That's when I learned that anytime I post a new new question or simply update an old post my stuff never shows up in the new post section like everyone else's... my new stuff only shows up in the resent activity..... I'm pretty sure that is on purpose.... Anyway, so no one got the memo about the perfect cool new PDF's Rick made for everyone.

that's okay... I like to have them bound up with index to find blogs when I need to go back... individual blogs can be printed one by one then off the site as pdf.
