      All crucifers grow well in Austin!!

      crucifers are winter carbs...should not be a problem!! unless you live really far from the equator...they grow all winter in MS and Al and survive all but the coldest nights and will resprout at any warm days

    Current Rx: Iodoral 50mg with 1 cap Thyroid Glandular (proprietary blend)

    Current Therapies / Protocols: Dopamine Rx | CT | Epi-Paleo Rx | Sun gazing and full-body exposure

    Health WINS: Dopamine levels are significantly higher, subjectively close to optimal. T3 is coming up as a result of Lugol's / Iodoral. Still unable to perform strenuous exercise for long periods, but energy levels are higher.

    Health Goals: Raise T3 / androgens, optimize dopamine, adapt 100% to CT
