    Hi, my name is Mark. I am a 50 year old trying to figure out, cure myself of Peroxisomal Atrial Fibrillation (non persistent irregular heart rhythm). I live at the 52 latitude (just outside London).Afib is interestingly more common in the northern hemisphere than in the Pacific equatorial regions! I found out about this site whilst on holiday in Italy last year! I am generally better out there, less episodes of Atrial Fibrillation. I generally have it at night and found that the stimulus of the morning light blue light often helps terminate the arrhythmias. However, I often try to terminate it in the night via various exercises, and by passing a bowel movement or urinating. I live in a high artificial non native EMF environment (not out of choice, not created by myself wi-fi etc) but mainly from cell phone towers and passive exposure from neighbours and previous work. I try to get the morning sun from 6-10 to get everything made in the eye and set up my SCN. I now eat far more sea food for the DHA to increase my DC current. My water is bottled as far as possible (little or no fluoride) BPA free. I have screened my house from the majority of the microwaves so the RF is low but not absent. My vitamin D is low last measured at 19ng/mL and ferritin at 233, electrolytes good. My sleep has improved this past year and now I get at least 4-5 hours. Last year I was unable to get to sleep and the AF became worse, for the previous 10 years I took no medication only trying to eat well (realised later: light ,water and magnetism more important). Last year a few weeks after going to ER (many times) they put me on fleccanaide and Bisoporol (an anti arrhythmia and rate control mediation). One month later I had a massive heart attack >25,000 troponin. My ejection fraction went down to 40%. I now have it up to 50%. I have been on anticoagulants (Apixiban or Eliquis) and statins (Simvatsatin). I did not do well on these and have weaned myself of them. I was able to do this by taking a all in one heart supplement. I am not someone whom takes supplements but in this case I had to, as I was feeing worse. I took this for 4 months and it did help.I have now weaned myself off that too somewhat, and am trying to eat seasonal foods and a high DHA diet (seafood). Have tried to do do some fasting, just skipping breakfast now and again to get autophagy going. I am in bed before the kids at night 8.30pm no artificial lights, no screens. I am still having a-fib but not as frequent as before the heart attack last year.

    I am trying to understand the connection between Vitamin D and EMFs (non native). How microwaves can make it drop vitamin D, how they dehydrate us. I know we need the water and cholesterol present for the synthesis to take place with UVB from the sun. I don't know the detail? The other question is how does artificial blue light after the sun goes down drop our vitamin D? From what I understand melanopsin (blue light detector in body) is destroyed via this light at the wrong time of day and then Vitamin A crashes too, due to its weak bond with melanopsin? Does vitamin A somehow bring down the vitamin D also or is it more yoked to melatonin as vitamin D is used at night in the brain with this to fix our mitochondria? Added to this, regarding the EMFs in the microwave bands via calcium efflux, which creates free radicals via nitric oxide then cytochrome P450 (involved in vitamin D metabolism) thereby reducing levels? Is this how it work? The supplement I took, and am still taking (not so often) has arginine in it (balanced with antioxidants) this semi important amino acid along with citrullene is how the body can make nitric oxide (NO) the vasodilator. The sun via UVB causes our blood vessels to release this naturally this is the other reason why my heart was better in Italy and in the summer generally. However, what I realised was by mid day in the winter here on the supplement, I was not always feeling so great, more irregular beats. I figured it must be the NO? Too much of it not being naturally produced by summer sun with all the other balancing parts of the spectrum, it is just not natural for the body to have this much in it without the sunlight as it's cause. Also the NO in the supplement maybe switching off my energy production ATP (electron train transport), which I need without the sun here via cytochrome c oxidase (CCO)? Does NO inhibit CCO? Does it also switch energy production from ATP via food? I also try to get the 7.83Hz Schumann Resonance as mush as possible via going out in nature and by the sea. I try to take cold showers, but not too cold as this can set off the a-fib. From what I understand the cold thermogenesis is good to make me more energy efficient. I only have a BMI of 19. I was not breast fed as a child and feel this may have affected my ability to store fat? As do not put weight on much! I know the milk powder I was fed as a baby was probably DHA free too! When we get cold our mitochondria release infra red which heats up the water within our cells and shrinks them, electrons don't have to travel so far?

    Basically I want to strengthen build more new mitochondria in my heart and fix the faulty connection causing the afib. May there be a clock difference (timing) with the SCN and the heart? My a-fib tends to come on after meal and at night when moving. I think it is vagal, my intestine touches my vagus nerve?

    My plan is to get out to Italy to live, its at the 38th latitude and at 1000ft (currently at 400ft above sea level) so more UVB there, slightly good for fit D. Also spring water from calcium carbonate aquifer (Low deuterium)? What about an artificial light unit for my Vit D what do you recommend?

    Thank-you Jack Kruse ( I know that increases dopamine) for all this information you have made available. I am just trying to get well and hopefully be able to protect my family too and others around me. Please correct anything I have explained of my basic understanding! Oh, I should add I did have problem with the magnetic field under my bed a few years back (geopathic stress) this is where Hartman and curry lines cross (magnetic fields from the earth) and interact with water veins causing a strong magnetic field to come up, which can affect ones health. I purchased a special mat from Geovital to mitigate this.

    I did have an ablation last year but it did not work! This is a procedure to burn out any serious signals found in the heart, via a catheter using RF radiation or liquid nitrogen! I do not really want to have another one or stay on medication.
