Location: Born in B.C. @49th lat.,Current from 2002,47thth latitude,110 yr.old house( history of mold) Medical Lake/pop.5000/ 30 minutes west of Spokane, WA
6 miles from Fairchild Air Force Base, In Airway Heights
Mother's birthplace: @48th latitude til age 5 or 6, then immigrated to Canada, 55th latitude. She passed away from an enlarged heart, had thyroid issues, hip & knee replacements, obesity, breast cancer
DX: Hashimotos Thyroiditus since age 6 approx., thyroid resistance, IBS, Histamine intolerance, Mast cell Activation, Overweight, food sensitivities, SIBO in 2020 , Lifelong CIRS from a lifetime of repeated black mold exposures,Toenail fungus, but drastically reduced from 10 years ago
Surgeries: kidney stone lithotrypsy,,carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists
RX Tirosint:137+liothyronine from Mynar labs(less fillers) Compounded Medications in past> extreme imbalance, Lypogold w/ each meal or I get side pains, Premier Labs Betaine HCL for protein digestion, Zen bulk charcoal and bentonite clay for mold binders
Health Wins: much less food sensitivities, less depression, clearer thinking, from chronic insomnia to much deeper sleep and dreaming almost all the time now/circadian schedule is dramatically improved stronger will, dual citizenship, off and on baking soda in water, for food intolerances, means I can move far south, have followed a ketogenic diet for 5+years. CT at least 5 times, weekly , since about the beginning of March, thyroid labs improved from the end of February, was unable to pull up labs, have always been active spending as much time outside as possible, swimming, cycling, walking
Watched as many you-tube J.K. videos last year, as I could get, I think 2 Vermont
    Leptin reset, but needs improvement.
Use blue blockers almost all the time when I am inside, and use candles as much as possible. Moved from doing sunrise watching upstairs w/ open window(like Inger) to being grounded and watching the sunrise outside today. Spend as much time as possible outside, in Am. A little challenging w/ downsizing and preparing to move, but get about an hour and a half 90% of the time .

Health Goals: Figure out financially how to relocate to far south,( only asset & financial means is selling my money pit, no mortgage) house,/ have stable thyroid labs, haven't had 2 consecutive stable thyroid labs since I can remember, drastic setbacks after each winter, especially this past winter. reduce more food sensitivities, get rid of mold toxicity and allergies, reduce supplements, be able to eat more high histamine seafood, lose 17 lbs. Struggling w/ leptin reset because of thyroid levels and blood sugar issues

Questions/challenges: My histamine intolerance keeps improving, so is that an indication that as being a mold avoider that I would manage , heal and begin to thrive in Florida? We moved from Portland OR. in 2003, to the inland N.W.,((but didn't heal , like I needed to because of living in a sick house.)) cause I could not breath in Portland, because of the humidity and mold in the air. Before I learned of Dr. Kruse, I thought my only option, because of being a mold avoider, was to move to Arizona, or New Mexico. If I find out that Florida would not work for me, what other places in drier places would be suggested?
Do the air force or other military bases have less impact , than Colorado or East Texas because of the water , magnetism?. I would like to use my many benefits as a military widow, but be far enough away to be safe from EMF's.
All I can tolerate now is King salmon from Vital choice, so if my current mold intolerance still makes it possible to move to Florida, then Alaskan King salmon would not be local and would my histamine intolerance be such that I would improve so much that I would then switch to crustaceans anand oysters. I have had a sensitivity to shrimp. I struggle w/ the idea of eating them, as I understood them to be the garbage eaters of the ocean, so I struggle w/ inhibitions about them. I am able to eat grass-fed organ meats at brkfst., now and that is a major win!
I heard that Berkey Water filters on one of the Q& A's that they still had flouride, but I wonder if there was an awareness that they have separate flouride filters. I forgot to replace mine at the beginning of January and that also probably set back my thyroid issues. The flouride filters are tested by NAC.?
Does anyone know members who live in condos, and what about tiny houses, or building biologists in Florida?
Does anyone know how to find non-toxic beaches in Florida, w/out seaweed, turquise waters, red tide & cyano & favorable trade winds?
I am not techy at all and so I hope to learn how to use this website and insert links, so please be patient w/ me. I am working hard to do a thousand things in order to resettle.
