Hi Jeanne, I live in Knoxville and am wondering if you know of people into biohacking and Jack's stuff who live in my area. It's nice to connect to folks over the net but much better in person.

I can't reply to your 'Ask Jack' question but my guess is lack of beta-endorphin. cutting releases endogenous opioids. similar to substance abuse disorder - lack of beta-endorphin = lack of solar light, specifically UV-B. It's got to be related to an issue with low POMC. we'll see what JK says :)

Mother of 5 grown kids and 16 grandkids. I have been on a journey to be optimally healthy since I was in college and took a nutrition class. After my mom died from breast cancer at the age of 56, I decided to learn as much as possible about preventing cancer and being healthy. I read everything I can get my hands on about nutrition, anti-aging, disease prevention, etc. I found Jack Kruse and have read his book and am currently listening to webinars and reading the articles!
