    I am a moderator/admin of the Zest for Life Facebook Group. We have 40,000 members due to the popularity of LCHF diets in S. Africa. When I started 36 months ago, I realized that there was an inherent failure in the whole Banting fad. I looked up ketogenic diets on the internet and found Dr Kruse. I also found the Big Banting Breakfast (Zest for Life) and realized here was somewhat of a match. I joined up and the rest is history. Kruse makes the most sense, in terms of environment and chronic diseases. I am not in the medical field and have no science background, but it has been fun feeling around the elephant.
