      Hi Dr. Kruse, thanks for adding me to your awesome forum. I have brain cancer and I have been reading about cancer cells feeding off of Methionine. I would like to increase my omega 3 fatty acids and dha but they all contain high amounts of methionine it seems. Could you point me to a topic in this forum discussing this or if there isn't one, do you have some input or suggestions for this?

      Hi Dr. Jack. I got your book and I'm looking to do the leptin reset.
      I had an ED for 3 years; I lost my period and about 40 lbs. My weight gain now came back full force. From lab tests it seems I have thyroid/hashi Sx. I regained my cycle but it's still very irregular. My biggest concern is that my stomach is distended/out of proportion with my arms, etc. Do you think that will regulate with the leptin?

      Hi there, new to forum. Comparing Keto, Mediterranean, HCG, ect and of course Leptin Rx diet and must say as a clinician it's all still quite overwhelming. Was curious about what direction I might need to take in regards to Leptin Rx and whether I need to attempt it or not. If not please check him out at www.waybackwater.com I think you would be very impressed with what he has to say.He has also engineered his own water so that the particle sizes are small enough (.4 of a nanometre to be hydrated in all of our cells).

    Arrogance is in everything I do but I cannot be hurt by it because I am so curious. Without curiosity arrogance becomes pathologic. Blurry concepts influence our attention to focus on what matters and ignore what does not. A postulated clarity influences the development of arrogance because curiosity is absent. Simply minding one's own business is more offensive than being intrusive. It is in my gestures, the harshness of my voice, in the glow of my gaze, in my sinewy, tormented face. I have a disdain for stupidity and I was given this streak by evolution for a reason. Evolution chooses between an honest arrogance and a hypercritical humility. It is built into a cells design in my opinion. Arrogance is not rude to a ripe mind. It is a shortcut through the bullshit to the truth. Real compassion kicks butt and takes names and is not pleasant on certain days. If you are not ready for this FIRE, then find a new-age, sweetness and light, perpetually smiling teacher and learn to relabel your ego with spiritual sounding terms. But, stay away from those who practice REAL COMPASSION, because they will fry your ass, my friend.

    “It's a fact—everyone is ignorant in some way or another because of their dopamine level.
    Ignorance is our deepest secret. And it is one of the scariest things out there, because those of us who are most ignorant are also the ones who often don't know it or don't want to admit it. We dont know it because we cannot see what we are missing. We cannot see we are missing UV and IR light.

    Here is a quick test:

    If you have never changed your mind about some fundamental tenet of your belief, if you have never questioned the basics, and if you have no wish to do so, then you are likely ignorant. Check the lights you allow. You might learn something.

    People need to value the education and information you bring them. If they do not, remove yourself from their equation.
