I am a 15 year old girl trying to live as optimally as possible with so many factors of my life out of control, but it gets better every day. My parents are starting to *sometimes* see things from my (or Jack's) point of view, and I am learning that in order to obtain optimal health I will have to make some sacrifices until I live on my own.. (buying certain things like foods that my parents think are ridiculous, blue-blocking glasses, books on cross currents, etc. with my own money, etc.) Eventually I'll be able to become an actual member, and I look forward to that, as well as the day when I am able to understand everything I read. For now it's a lot of research to help "dumb it down" for me but I'm not giving up! I am glad to have found all this out so early, I know one day I will help others understand this and give them a chance to change their lives. For now I'm just another girl with a bunch of questions on the road to optimal!
