Current Therapies / Protocols: Learning how to eat Epi-Paleo with the goal to go, Keto | Cold Thermogenesis | Have recently been using an EarthPulse PEMF while sleeping.
Health WINS: I've been following Dr. Kruse's work for a few months. I have cut down on carbs increased fish consumption primarily Salmon. Also have been wearing Blue Blocker glasses for 3 months. I have definately had an improvement in sleep quality, now using PEMF too. Sleep is amazing
